Terms and Conditions

Higher Level Marketing Inc.
is a For-Sale-By-Owner
advertising company that is not a real estate broker. The
advertising program involves pooling advertising resources
with those of other advertisers to maximize exposure to
potential buyers or renters.
2.
Higher Level Marketing Inc.
guarantees to advertise my
vacation property until sold, rented, or exchanged.
Higher Level Marketing Inc.
assumes my vacation property
sells, rents or exchanges within twelve-months, unless I
advise
Higher Level Marketing Inc.
to the contrary, prior to the
expiration date of twelve months. Upon notification,
Higher Level Marketing Inc.
will renew my advertisement at
company expense.
3.
Higher Level Marketing Inc.
will refund my advertising fee
if my property is sold or rented any other way within 10% of
my original asking price upon proof of sale or rental.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances,
including shall Vacation Property Services or Higher
Level Marketing Inc. be liable for any damages, direct,
special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary or
otherwise, that result from the use of, or the inability to
use, the materials in this Web Site, even if Vacation Property Services or Higher Level Marketing Inc. or a Vacation Property Services or Higher Level Marketing Inc.
authorized representative has been advised of the possibility
of such damages.
As this Web Site is owned
by Vacation Property Services and licensed to and operated
by Higher Level Marketing Inc. from within the United States
of America. This agreement shall be governed by and enforced
in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida.
If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any part of this
agreement void or unenforceable, the remainder should be
enforced and the court should use its authority to amend it
in order to fulfill the stated purposes of this agreement to the
fullest extent permitted by law.
